How to track your orders

This is the best method to track your Stuffed With Plush Toys™ orders

Australian Buyers

  • Your tracking number was sent to you in the despatch confirmation email sent to you immediately after it left us.
  • You can also get your tracking number by logging into your account on the site.
  • When you have your tracking number, simply type it into the Australia Post Tracking page for updates.
  • Please note that your tracking details are sent a few hours before the parcels are scanned by AUSPOST, so there is usually a delay of 4-5 hours before you will see an update on your tracking number. Please do not be concerned if you get "Tracking Number Invalid" if its the same day as despatch.
  • It is not possible for us to easily identify the exact location of an item for you in between tracking scans. If you are concerened, please call Australis Post on 13 76 78
  • We cannot start an investigation with Australia Post until it falls beyond the estimated shipping times indicated on our shipping page.  Times are indicated on business days and do not include weekends. If your parcel is delayed, we will submit an online case and keep you updated on it's progress via email.

International Buyers

  • Your tracking number was sent to you in the despatch confirmation email sent to you immediately after it left us.
  • You can also get your tracking number by logging into your account on the site.
  • If the tracking prefix for your package is CI - Please check your own countries postal system website for tracking after it lands and clears customs (see details below for common links)
  • If the tracking prefix for your package is LK - You can track your items via AUSPOST on their tracking portal or via the local postal systems tracking portal, or for more up to date information, try the local system.
  • If the tracking prefix is something different to the above - Please check your own countries postal system website for tracking after it lands and clears customs.
  • All of the tracking numbers we issue are designed to give you up to date information on the local post system portals, the most common ones are The United States Postal Service, Royal Mail (for U.K Deliveries), Canada Post, and New Zealand Post.
  • Please note that your tracking details are sent a few hours before the parcels are scanned by AUSPOST, so there is usually a delay of 4-5 hours before you will see an update on your tracking number. Please do not be concerned if you get "Tracking Number Invalid" if its the same day as despatch or even 4-5 days, as some international destinations only update when the parcel lands in your country and clears customs.
  • If your parcel is showing HELD by Royal Mail (U.K) parcels, details on clearing the parcel through Customs can be found on the Parcel Force Website.

Some international destinations, for whatever reason are very slow to update tracking. We also use Trackit Online in some cases, and have had success when the local postal system is showing blank or not valid. We suggest you also try that if you are not seeing anything locally.

Missing Items

Australian Buyers - If the tracking is showing something very wrong. Please get in touch with us via the Contact page with your order number and we will chase it up with Auspost Immediately and get back to you ASAP. If there is just a delay, due to sorting issues, but the tracking looks OK, please make an enquiry online yourself, as it will be faster than us making one on your behalf. The Australia Post Customer service phone number is 13 76 78. Australia Post also have a comprehensive complaints page.

International Buyers - If you are stumped with the tracking and cannot find details anywhere, please Contact us, with your order number, and we will chase Australia Post on your behalf and one way or another solve the issue for you.

Always remember - We are here to help if any of the above do not work. We will not leave you empty handed, but please be mindful that delays due to postal systems are beyond our control, and can be as frustrating for us, as for you, the buyer.
