Must be signed for at destination - Only available on packages up to 2KG in weight. Much easier to track if there is an issue with delivery. We suggest this if the item is time dependent as a gift. US, UK and some European times are generally less than 10 business days.

Australian Customers

  • Most of the items we post within Australia cost only $7.95 to ship (up to 500 grams). You can usually get 2-3 smaller items for the one combined shipping cost of $7.95
  • All items are sent with tracking. You can check your toys progress by clicking on the tracking link in your despatch email.
  • You can check your tracking with the number provided at Australia Posts Tracking Portal

  • International buyers, We make everything as easy as possible for you. Payment is simple, either via VISA or MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS or use the simplicty and security of PAYPAL.
  • Our shipping charges are the cheapest on the Net to your destination, there are no extra handling fees.
  • Our prices are in Australian Dollars, and do not include any customs or import charges your own country or the country you are shipping too may levy. Please check before ordering your items. Refer to our Terms for details on re-stocking fees if shipments are refused customs payments by the recipients. We also have information for Australian customers sending gifts to the U.K at the bottom of this page.  
  • We do not ship to AFP/FPO Addresses at this stage.

Customs Charges/ VAT information for UK and European Customers or Recipients.

  • Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or postage charges.
  • These charges are the buyer’s or recipients responsibility.
  • Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
  • These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (postal) company or when you pick the item up.
  • Please do not confuse them for additional post charges, we have already paid full shipping costs before your toys left Australia.
  • As we are a genuine business, we are not able to mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gifts” - Australian Government & International regulations prohibit such behavior.
  • British and UK Customers and other customers shipping to the UK as gifts can read more over at the U.K. Govt Website on Imports.
  • If your parcel is showing HELD by Royal Mail (U.K) parcels, details on clearing the parcel through Customs can be found on the Parcel Force Website. 
  • Parcels refused by the customer due to customs charges and returned to us will incur a flat $10 restocking fee and initial postage charges will not be refunded. Unfortunately, in the past, it has cost us money to educate people about their own countries laws. We are very good at selling toys, but terrible teachers. If you are considering using us to send a gift to the U.K. or other countries in Europe,  please read this important information.

If you are considering utilising us to send a gift to the UK and some EU countries like France, Germany, and Scandanavian countries. Please read this carefully.

  •  As we are a business in Australia, and we generate shipping labels and documentation showing our business name, and customs registration, there is a much higher chance the packages will be stopped and assessed for Import and customs tarrifs at the U.K Borders. Even if we accept your instructions to mark the items as a gift, the customs office in the U.K can and often do, assess the toys as merchandise and not gifts. The charges, are always the recipients responsibility to pay, as we have no way to know if and when these charges will apply.
  • Our suggestion, if you wish a trouble free gifting experience, is to get the toys shipped to you here in Australia, and then send them on via the Post office with a hand written shipping label. There is simply way less chance of charges being applied.
  • Please take this as a polite warning, as many customers recently have criticised us for these charges, when we simply have no way to get around them, and we give our customers ample warnings here on our shipping page, in the shopping cart, and also within our terms and conditions.
